Good news! We would like to notify you that our scheduled maintenance event in the SGP data center has been successfully completed. All services have resumed normal availability.

Scheduled Maintenance on SGP Datacenter on December 11th for All Jumio Services

- What services are impacted?
All Jumio services will be unavailable during this time.
Web and API customers will receive an HTTP error, and end users will not be able to initialize the user journey. SDK users will receive a standard network-related error code.
The Customer Portal will also be affected. Users will get a ‘404 Not Found’ if they try to log in to the portal.

- When will this happen?
Saturday, December 11th, 2021
Time: 5:00 pm UTC - 6:00 pm UTC

- Estimated service disruption
60 minutes

- Why are we doing this?
This maintenance window is needed to update and fine-tune the existing infrastructure. This will ensure that the system will be optimized for scalability and performance for the future. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

- Where can you see the latest status?
We will post an update on monitor.jumio.com as soon as the datacenter resumes normal operations. Jumio Technical Support will also be available during this time to assist you with any questions.

The next maintenance reminder will be sent out 1 week prior to the maintenance window. Once normal operations resume, an email will be sent out informing customers that the maintenance window is over.
