Resolved - The issue affecting our US data center has been resolved. During the incident, customers may have experienced increased latency and delays when calling the Retrieval API endpoint service.

Our engineering team has identified and addressed the underlying cause, and services have now returned to normal operating levels.

Resolved - We experienced a delay affecting some identity verification transactions between 02:02UTC to 08:44 UTC . During the impacted window, transactions routed to manual review may have seen minor delays in receiving callback responses and in result retrieval.

The issue has been fully resolved, and all processing has returned to normal operation. No further impact is expected.

Monitoring - We experienced a delay in processing a small number of identity verification transactions across our US, EU, and SGP data centers starting at around 02:02 UTC. If you submitted an identity verification transaction during this period, transactions routed to manual review may have experienced a minor delay in receiving callbacks and retrievals.

We want to emphasize that all other services remained fully operational throughout this time. Normal processing has resumed.

We apologize for any disruption this may have caused and appreciate your patience as our team worked to restore full service
